Asia Capital Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Longjie Lu as Senior Consultant in Corporate Finance Law. Dr. Lu brings a wealth of academic expertise and a strong research background to our Global Advisory Team.

Dr. Lu joined Edinburgh Law School in September 2019 and has previously taught law at the Dickson Poon School of Law, King’s College London. She earned her Ph.D. in Law from the University of Leeds, where she developed her foundational expertise in financial regulation and corporate governance.

Dr. Lu’s primary research interests include financial regulation, corporate governance, corporate finance, and empirical legal studies. Her extensive knowledge in these fields will be invaluable as Asia Capital Group continues to expand its reach and impact in the global financial and legal sectors.

Dr. Lu holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Law from the University of Leeds, awarded in April 2018, and a Master of Laws in Financial Law from Peking University, awarded in July 2014.
